Finally Politics agreed on something! And it's regarding students too! A nationwide semester ticket!

Following the decision of the student parliament on 5. December 2023 and consultation with the university, we can announce that we will be introducing the Germany wide semester ticket for the summer semester 2024.

Following the terrorist attack by Hamas on 7 October, we regret the civilian casualties of the war and express our sympathies for the families of the innocent civilians killed on both sides - Palestinians and Israelis. This is an issue that directly affects our student body. The student parliament is in favor of solidarity with all innocent victims of this war, as long as it happens in accordance with human rights.

Für viele Menschen sind Drogen ein harmloser Freizeitspaß und manche Genussmittel werden nicht einmal als Drogen eingeordnet. Andere sehen im Drogenkonsum den Grund für ein langes und qualvolles Siechtum. Welche Seite seiner Ansicht nach richtig liegt, und ob das überhaupt eindeutig bewertet werden kann, erläutert Dr. Carsten Schleh, Autor des Buches „Die Wahrheit über unsere Drogen!“ in diesem Vortrag.
